McClelland Group is located in Johnson City, TN.  We are passionate about helping others be successful through efficient use of technical information.  Our owner, Dave McClelland, possesses a multifaceted background built upon 25+ years of experience in Architecture, Municipal Development, Construction Regulation, and Fine Art.  When combined with a personability created by growing up in the Coal Mining communities of Southwestern PA (Go Steelers!), an ability is created to successfully communicate and creatively resolve any level of technical matter.
